It's pretty much right in the middle of Greensboro and Winston-Salem.

Pretty much. The city council is a buncha morons, they drove off the bikers this year, causing a loss of millions in tourist dollars.

The city council in Greensboro is pretty much in the pockets of the developers there. That's why we have brand new condos and housing developments going up and no one to move into them.

Yeah thats a problem here too. Last week I saw a thing that said we have 25 homes in the "Grand Strand" for every family who can afford one. And yet they keep building, thats smart.

Last time I was in Greensboro was for the Elite 8 game UCONN women Vs Rutgers (last year not this year) Had an interesting time trying to figure out were the coliseam was because THERE WERE NO SIGNS what a stupid way to run a major event like that.
BTW I am really annoyed that I had to scroll through 13 pages of OFF TOPIC forum stuff just to rant about my trip to greensboro 14 months ago.

Yes but I'm sure it got a couple of laughs from you.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Actually, the management of the Coliseum itself is pretty shoddy, and they were probably "responsible" for putting out signs to direct people to the place.
Greensboro put in a new bypass for I-40, and renamed the old I-40 to Business 40. People got so confused about it and there was such a stink about it, they decided to re-rename Business 40 to I-40, and they're going to refer to the new road as I-240. It's a mess.
