Sefu, you have taken 7 points of damage in this battle. I don’t know if you were on full hit points before that.
I need everyone to keep track of their own characters hit points, preferably keeping current hit points up to date in your profile.
On a related note, is anyone keeping track of treasure found?

Mus'ad Nadeem |

And I'm back! ;P Crazy week!
I THINK that Mus'ad loaded his crossbow before dropping it (on it's strap), and pulling the club, so he should be ok,
Mus'ad, seeing Sefu finish the dazed gremlin with a distinctive crunch, gives the shifter a wan smile. He is brought back to the present by the barrage of tiny arrows flying at them both from the rafters. Mus'ad reflects idly that he must have been standing behind Sefu, as he is somehow untouched, and Sefu seems to be badly wounded.
"With them around, that luck can;t last long!" The Sha'ir mutters as he drops his clubs and lifts his crossbow from where it hangs on its carry strap. HE aims at the nearest gremlin on the rafters as the priestess glows with a golden radiance.
"SOMEbody please bless my aim!!!" He mutters fervently as he aims carefully, takes a deep breath, and gently squeezes the trigger,...
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 191d8 ⇒ 41d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 151d8 ⇒ 1

One of Nasir’s minor wounds closes up as Farasha’s burst of positive energy touches her. The wound in her gut still causes her much pain, but she feels well enough to stand and move – if required.
Note that Mus’ad and Sefu are also within thirty feet of Farasha – so you are both healed 1 hit point if you’re wounded.
Bashad and Al both fire at rafter bound pugwampis. But whilst their aim is accurate, oh outrageous fortune, their slings and arrows appear to do no damage. Sefu simply misses all together.
Mus’ad’s luck is better. His arrow hitting and – based on the outraged and pained squeal – wounding one of the pugwampis.
Nasir, any action from you this round?

Nasir stays where she is, remaining motionless as she thinks of an effective strategy.

Another 10 feet up.
Realising that they are out-numbered, the remaining Pugwampis lower their bows and scurry along the rafters, disappearing into the large, nest-like structure strung between the rafters at D10 to L14 – all but the one that Mus’ad wounded with his crossbow, which misses its footing and plunges, shrieking, to its death on the stone floor below.
Round 7, party’s turn.

Mus'ad Nadeem |

Mus'ad nods his agreement, looking relieved not to risk burning the place down with him still in it!
"Keep a sharp eye open Zephyr." He instructs his Gen as he reloads his crossbow and covers the others as they move to try Bashad's suggestion.
Zephyr once again performs his mid-air bow. "Of course master! None shall escape the vigilance of Zephyr! I defy any creature to sneak up on you while I stand watch!" The tiny blue skinned man replies emphatically.

The walls are made of stone, but the rafters, the choir loft and the roof are timber.
There are two sections of ‘nest’, adjacent to each other, strung between rafters. The nests are composed of interwoven tapestries, sackcloths, sheets, blankets, rugs, clothes and bits of loose cloth. Similar materials have been used to construct ‘walls’ at various points around the edge of the nests. The whole thing looks very flammable (but then, as Mus’ad cautioned, the rafters and roof probably are too).
Looking up from below, you can see that the slightly larger, southern portion of the nest appears to be tied off to the rafters around it at nine different points (with ropes woven into the material, or bits of cloth looped around the rafters several times and tied off). The northern portion of the nest appears to have ten anchor points on the surrounding rafters. Of course, it may not be necessary to sever every anchor point in order to get the portion of nest to collapse or spill out its contents.
The rafters (and therefore the points the nests are anchored to) are twenty feet above the floor below. Someone balancing on the back of one of the marble benches below could gain about five feet.
The ropes and bits of cloth tying the nests to the rafters look quite thick, in many cases twisting about several times to give them strength – cutting through them or untying them will likely take some time and effort, and the right tools.

Oh, I am sorry Nasir/Mark! I forgot you were wounded. Moth if you would allow a retcon I'll heal her:
Possible CLW1d8+5
I certainly will.
Farasha notices Nasir getting her potion out, and, waving the dancer's hand away, heals her with the goddesses magic.

I took the two spears when we left the camp back in May ...
Otherwise I thought the rafters were only 20 ft up. Since I 'm medium size, I should be able to just reach them with the spears . If not I'll just climb on one of the debris on the floor
Ok, I’d forgotten about that, and they’re not listed on anyone’s character sheet.
Bashad begins lashing two spears together, before climbing atop one of the marble benches to try to reach the hanging structure above with his precarious make-shift weapon. Perhaps it is the proximity of the pugwampis, but it seems to take him a long time to tie the knots – the spears keep slipping, or the rope becomes tangled. Meanwhile, up above, their come faint chitters and growls from the hanging structure, and you can see from occasional depressions and movement of the fabric that creatures are moving about within it.
I assume everyone else is on the chapel floor nearby whilst Bashad is doing this? Let me know if this is not the case. Anyone else doing anything else or making any preparations whilst Bashad is tying the spears together?

Mus'ad Nadeem |

I'm still with Sefu. Feeling a bit anxious about trying to climb down a ladder with the mother of bad-luckies standing JUST over there! ;)
Mus'ad licks his lips nervously as he covers the makeshift structure with his crossbow. He glances at the rest of the group and the nearly silent preparations, and tightens his grip when Bashad starts to actually climb and begin his attack on the gremlins hideout,...
