Uncanny Dodge is a freebie to Rogues and Barbs.
No sneak attacking those.
There's a feat called Back to Back, from a 3rd party book I have, that requires two people to take the feat, but once they both have it, as long as they are in adjacent squares (they don't actually have to be back to back) they are unflankable from any direction. They also get +2 when using Aid Another on each other.
Could always go for that one...
