Thanks guys! This kind of encouragement and response is what keep us drawing!
Hugo, your ability is top notch. Again I wish I had just a fraction of your talent. I should have never have stopped drawing all those years ago. If I hadnt I might have been half as good as you by now....lol
I stopped drawing for like 8 years and then started again last year, so you can always pick it up ;). Now I'm curious on how would I draw if I hadn't stoped all those years ago...

The PCs in a game I'll be running around Halloween are going to encounter a creepy old hangman's tree with several bodies hanging from it.
The 'bodies' are of course zombies. In fact, the tree itself is a monster and will use those zombies as flail-like weapons to clobber the PCs with.
The image in my head is of a naked, gnarled tree with a single red eye somewhere high on the trunk. Two or three zombies are being swung about wildly. Though mindless, they seem unhappy with this state of affairs- kicking, clutching their nooses, and howling in general discomfort.

Hello everyone, Hello Hugo. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice my drawing skills. And because of that i would like to put my drawing services to anyone who needs them in the thing I'm best at; drawing items.
So if you need a drawing of an item just leave a description and I would get to work.

Items, you say?
Here's one:
Executioner's Sword: A massive, square tipped double-edged broad blade meant to cleave off the condemned prisoner's head with one stroke. It is a two-handed weapon, and traditionally the strong edge (leading edge) is used for males, and the weak (trailing) edge for females, but functionally there is no real difference. While not balanced for combat, it can inflict considerable damage.

Ok Lyingbastard, here's your Sword....Hope you like it.
I was looking for a common Executioner's Sword, Thats why it has a simple look. Also i like the idea that it would look more practical that useful, so thats why I draw it a little unbalance. So the construction it's a wooden handle between the blade, similar to a hammer with the wooden and the steel together. If you like the sword spread the word.

Celurian could you try something?
a cross between a fantasy and futuristic sword?
the handle would be the futuristic part: the handle like a pirate's rapier, a cover for the hand and an metal arc to protect the hand. it is made of perfectly fitting sections, with buttons along the handle, close to where the fingertips rest, lights in the cover showing the swordsman which capabilities are working.
fantasy: the blade is long and straight in one side, the other is lightly curved like a scimitar, its made of transparent blue crystal, energy shining inside it, a red jewel is almost in the point crossing both sides of the blade and shining with power.

It's been quite some time since I last put pencil to paper, so I don't really dare to try myself.
So here's the deal: have you ever wondered why there were only slim or well-muscled characters?
I was wondering the same and I wanted my mage to be a bit different.
I have a fairly good mental image, but I am not sure I can bring this to paper myself.
She's a tall young woman, tall by comparison that is about 5'11'', weighing 180lb. She has some inner fire, explaining her knack for fiery evocations. Her way of dress is anything but modest, but in a stylish way (think Seoni): robes of flaming reds and oranges with flame-shaped applications.
Long, lightly curled, chestnut hair framing an attractiv though not necessarily beautiful face. She is very secure and proud about her assets, e.g. pointing out the classical shape of her toes. And she is not ashamed of the fact that she needs spectacles to read.
Any takers? ;)
I will try something myself and maybe post it somewhere, if it is any good.

Two reasons why there aren't a lot of flabby or chunky characters: a) going out in the wilderness and living off what you can forage will burn off those stored up calories surprisingly quickly, and b) adventurers are generally based off heroic types, which means idealized physiques. Basically, being overweight and out of shape is a lethal handicap in a monster-infested wilderness.
Also, in medieval (fantasy) era, generally only the luxuriously wealthy and idle would be fat, because most people were living at subsistence level or just above it. Simply put, most people couldn't afford to be chunky.
I like the idea of a sassy full-figured character and I look forward to seeing it, I'm just answering the "why" of it.

You can create as many free sites as you want with 100mb of space each. The editing tools are very simple and there are a lot of templates. It's easy to get a good looking site up and running very quickly.

Granted. But then she is a noble's slothful daughter and the wilderness is her enemy... :P
Thanks for calling her full-figured, she'd like that!

Excellent work all. I envy your abilities, if only I could do half as well as you lot. :D
I'd like to put in a request, if you don't mind... a 3.5/PF character of mine and the focus of my NaNoWriMo story:
Karish, Hellbred Binder
RACE/SEX: Female Human Hellbred
AGE: Early Thirties
HEIGHT: 5'11"
WEIGHT: 158 lbs.
GAME STATS: Str 16 Dex 14 Con 10 Int 13 Wis 8 Cha 17
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Karish had probably been considered beautiful once, before whatever had happened to her occurred; her appearance looked to have once been fair and strong, if perhaps a little taller than some might have preferred. Her hair is slightly wavy, full and long, hanging down to the middle of her shoulderblades, and of a deep blood red so dark it seems almost black. Her skin is a dark brownish red in shade, visibly scarred and burnt over all, riddled with breaks and cracks, the whole of it reminiscent of a barren wasteland, scorched and broken by the heat of a relentless desert sun; her face bears the reddish shade and scalded texture of the rest of her body, but has been spared the riddling cracks and breaks that much of the rest of her suffered. Her teeth are black, and not at all human in shape, seeming more like fangs. The top of her head is oddly shaped: where her forehead should end it instead rises in a row of small yellowish bony spines, forming a natural crown of horns that holds her hair up and away from her face, though a few stray locks have managed to find their way down regardless. A star-shaped scar stands out vibrantly, slightly darker than the rest of her skin, in the center of her forehead. Her ears come to slight points, and have scars that suggested they had been pierced, despite lacking any adornment now. The sclera of her eyes are entirely black, veined with pale yellow rather than the expected red, with irises of a darker yellow-gold that seems to glow slightly on its own and pupils that are not the expected empty black but rather orangish-red like her eyes had been filled with fire.
She seems to be more wiry strength than raw muscle, toned and fit but not bulky; despite her scarred appearance her physique remains attractive as she retained the curves and long legs she had in her former life. Her appearance is for all other purposes that of an attractive human traveler in her late twenties or early thirties, save her hands - her fingers end in thin black claws each approximately an inch and a half to two inches long and wickedly sharp. A star-shaped scar, exactly mirroring the one on her forehead, adorns the palm of her left hand.
EQUIPMENT
Karish dresses in the garb of a traveler or adventurer. She wears a simple grey tunic, light blue denim traveling pants and comfortable brown mountain boots with thick leather soles. All of her clothing shows at least some wear from long use and time on the road, though it seems to remain in overall still good condition. Over her normal clothing she wears a suit of steel chainmail, overlaid with a black vest that has a few pockets for stray or useful small objects. At her wrists she wears bronze bracers, a small inscription or maker's mark of a cat and a falcon standing side-by-side adorns the one on her left hand just before the wrist. In her right hand she weilds a halberd, currently held with blade end pointed at the ground and the haft passing behind her.
POSE AND OTHER
She stands facing slightly to the left, head turned to look at the observer, left hand extended out towards them with hand bent downward, palm up to show the star brand. Her halberd in her other hand points down at the ground, its haft passing behind her. An aura of fire surrounds the weapon's head and haft up to her hand, as well as both her arms up to her elbows. This glyph is drawn on the ground around her feet.
Thanks in advance!! Let me know if you want/need anything else. :D

I actually have a memorable NPC that I wouldn't mind someone seeing draw up. I was playing a 3rd level wizard and he was traveling by coach between towns to catch up to the rest of the party. The coach was attacked by goblins on wargs and my wizard expended all his prepared offensive spells trying to drive them off. However, there were still enough to press the attack. He resorted to his crossbow and killed the apparent leader, but took a pair of darts and failed his roll to maintain his balance, falling off the coach as it going over a small bridge. He was carried downstream and got lost in the woods, eventually tripping over roots (it was dark) and falling down a hillside, becoming unconscious.
He woke up in a wooden cage in a hut, the prisoner of a female Half-Orc Barbarian. My wizard was able to reach his spellbook from the cage and had enough time while she was skinning a young wild pig to memorize a spell. I chose "Charm Person", and when she returned to the hut, he cast it on her, successfully. A few days later, Shazza (the She-Orc) led him through the woods to a road, and he hiked along it till he found a wagoner's camp.
I got a lot of XP for finding a non-violent and clever solution to the situation. My DM explained afterwards that she expected I'd memorize Sleep, cast it on Shazza, use that time to memorize a spell to free myself from the cage, grab my stuff, and head into the woods. She even had a neutral/friendly ranger in the woods (d6 encounter roll, would have met him on a roll of 4+) because, basically, this was just a side adventure and shouldn't have been a major encounter.
So, with that in mind, would someone be interested in drawing Shazza the She-Orc Barbarian? If you're interested, let me know, I'll provide the description the DM gave me.
