Battle Sorcerer Variant

[Sir Hexen Ineptus]

Most know of this variant listed in the OGL from the Unearthed Arcana.

So I amoung a lot like the idea of an armored caster so I would like to request that this variant be adopted and adapted for PDnD. With the listed powers it would make a great option with a lot of fun and support.

I am looking for support on this please.

So what to you guys think, are you with me?

I love the battle sorcerer. I've used it often, and found that it both allows for a valid arcane melee combatant, and helps to give the sorcerer a niche distinct from that of the wizard.

Would you be looking to keep the bloodlines? I think it's a great idea and seems like it would be balanced.

Would you be looking to keep the bloodlines? I think it's a great idea and seems like it would be balanced.

Totally! Some of the blood lines are almost oriented toward melee, but don't have teh HP, AC, or attack bonus to pull it off.

Indeed, although AC and even HP aren't too bad with favored class and higher HP.

I would have to disagree, personally. This variant was to make them to par with clerics in front line capability.
