If the PC has the Class-Skill from another class,
(and since several BL's have melee Claws, the class should be as multi-class friendly as possible)
they're losing a supposedly significant benefit (worth Skill Focus, or more, since you can still take Skill Focus.)
As is, it's forcing the character to use their FEW skill points just to take advantage of the Class Skill bonus
- It would make more sense as a generic bonus, so Destined Sorcerors who don't even put ranks into History tend to know more than average, and Draconic Sorcerors tend to have sharper senses, even if they don't put ranks into Perception (as examples).
Realistically, just making this a Class Skill doesn't give Sorceror's the means to actually be 'noticeably good' AT this Skill, it just makes them more likely to be 'minimally competent'. That doesn't seem like such a great Class Ability to me. I'd actually like to see it be both made a Class-Skill (if not already) AND grant a Bonus, either flat or Level-Scaling. I really think a Level-Scaling Bonus would go with the "flavor" of the Bloodlines the most... I think this ability really needs to be understood in the context of Sorcerors having low Skill Ranks (which I assume isn't changing) and INT not being either a Primary or Secondary Stat. A Level Scaling Bonus would really help Sorcerors overcome their Skill handicap, but in areas appropriate to their Bloodline.
This would also opens up some Bloodlines to give a bonus to skills which are already Generic Sorceror class skills, or vice-versa,
opens up some Bloodline bonus skills (say, Diplomacy?) to be added to the Generic Sorceror class skill list,
now that they don't need to be 'unique' Bloodline class-skills.
This seems distinct from normal Class Skill over-lap (from multiclass), since it's supposed to be a unique benefit from the Bloodline.
I saw that the bonus from Dwarven Greed is likely to be changed to a generic bonus instead of Class Skill,
so this is really just in line with that.
Given the Sorceror's few Skill Points & Class Skills, I really don't think this would be unbalancing.
(and I'd call for more Skill Points in any case, given the Sorceror is more Rogue-like, IMHO,
not needing to have studied texts extensively like a Wizard, but Charismatic and more outgoing in the world at large.)
