Hi customer service monsters,
We were trying to change the payments for my ongoing subs over from one of my cards to one of my wife's, and we were able to enter and save the new card and billing info over, but when we try to assign payment to that card, we get kicked back to the main subs page. I guess it doesn't like the fact we are changing names associated with the account. Can you make the switch manually?

We've fixed it. However, I recommend checking My Subscriptions to make sure we selected the correct one.
