Kleestad (Spoilers)

Curse of the Crimson Throne

The bite attack for Kleestad mentions "weakness" as additional to damage but there's no word of this weakness in the special abilities section.
I don't think it's the same as the pain effect of the claws, because the text of this latter ability explicity mentions only the claw attack.

Any ideas?

I noticed the same thing and wondered about it. Tagged this thread to check later when it got responses... but none yet. Anyone out there? Pathfinder editors? We can't be the only two to have noticed this.

Tried a search for this on the boards, but there don't seem to be any other posts coming up for "Kleestad" or "weakness" that fit the bill.

Scarab Sages

Must be an effect that was either removed for balance or post edit and not fully dropped from the stat block. Greg or James . . . anyone . . . Bueller?

Frog God Games

I had to dig out my original manuscript to check, but I couldn't find any reference to the "weakness" ability in Kleestad's stats. My best guess is that it is an error, probably originally a reference to the pain ability you mentioned for the claw attacks. Other than that I don't know where it might have come from. IT is indeed separate from the claws' pain attack, so I'd recommend just ignoring it.

Yeah; it's a weird remnant type thing. Not sure how it got in there... it's best ignored.
