What are all the things you can get respect points for? Some thing that look like you should get them for you dont so im not sure im in missing somthing
There's no real cut-and-dried formula to what grants respect points and what doesn't, since a small victory in the presence of a lot of Shoanti can earn a lot more points than does a large victory where only a couple of Shoanti are there to see. Also... it's easier to earn respect points at the start of the adventure (such as by beating Krojun at his game) when the PCs are still relatively unknown quantities, than later on when their reputation is already spreading (for good or ill). Feel free to adjust what gives out respect points if you'd like, but if you add points to one event, keep in mind that you're making it overall easier for the PCs to gain the respect of the Shoanti since you're giving them more opportunities to gain respect. Which is probably not a bad thing.

In fact, I like to give add-hoc XP for players who had a good idea, or make the proof to act their role (like in my case, a cleric who discussed with Verik, without weapon in order to make him helpfull, or a rogue who used the BlackJack legend to explain the save of Trinia...) but these awards are not to high in order to make them so powerfull that the future adventures wouldn't be enough hard to interest them!
