Apologies if this has been posted before--I did a quick search and couldn't find the answer.
I'm a bit confused about the Dodge feat. Does the +1 to AC apply:
(a) only in rounds where a character announces that he or she is "dodging", (in other words, is activating the feat for that combat round)?
(b) only when fighting defensively?
(c) only when moving, (nothing in the text implies this, but since its in the Dodge-->Mobility-->Spring Attack chain...)?
(d) all the time?
(e) none of the above?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Yeah, its that "...until your next turn" qualifier that confuses me.
If the feat has an end point, then it must have a start point, and I can't seem to figure what would activate it--either something the character does, or some particular situation.

That's covered under the description of Combat Feats:
"Unlike most feats, the benefits from combat feats are
not always active. Unless stated otherwise, you must
choose to use a combat feat before any attack rolls are
made and its effects last until the beginning of your
next turn."

*Ah, beaten to the punch
But with Combat Feats being taken out, I would think Dodge now grants you an always active +1 Dodge bonus

In Beta they are removing the special rules for combat feats. (i.e. hat you can only use one a round)
They haven't yet told us however how the feats will be altered, if at all, to compensate for that.
(i.e. dodge was a 1/round ability that kept you from using any other combat feat that round. With the removal of "combat feats" will dodge go back to 1/target selected each round? or will it be +1 dodge bonus gainst all targets? or what?..)
Not to mention how it will effect some feats that they created out of whole cloth, balanced only by the fact that you could only use one a round.
