Of course there's plenty of feats out there in various splat books,
but it'd be nice to see some more included in the Core rules,
giving Fighters more (Core) ways to use their copious feats, while appropriately updating 3.5 feats for 3.P rules.
The WotC splat book material will soon be out-of-print anyways...
Just from PHB2, here's some which might be a good addition to Pathfinder:
Mad Foam Rager Once per rage or frenzy, delay spell or attack effect
Crushing Strike +1 on attacks per previous hit with bludgeoning weapons
Driving Attack Bull rush with piercing weapon attack
Slashing Fury Gain extra attack with slashing weapon
Penetrating Shot Your ranged attack targets every foe in 60-ft. line
Short Haft Lose reach benefits, attack adjacent foes
Lunging Strike Extend reach of one attack
Brutal Strike Daze opponent with successful bludgeoning attack
Indomitable Soul Roll twice against fear and mind-affecting attacks
Intimidating Strike Use Intimidate check with attack to shake opponent
As for 'updating' non-OGL material,
I'm not sure of the legal details, but merely using a Feat title (say, Lunging Strike) that isn't copyrighted on it's own shouldn't present a problem, any more than writing a novel with the same name as another novel's protagonist. Obvious descriptive phrases of the English language shouldn't be protected either (or else Q-Tip would have copyrighted 'cotton swab' as well.)

Yep OGL only any thing from wotc splat books are out
Of course, that doesn't prevent you from using those feats. I mean, isn't the point to be backwards compatible so your old books don't become useless?
Anyway, as said before, they can come up with their own feats, they don't need to use already written things.
