Dear Customer Service:

I've ordered a Map Pack for an upcoming gameday I'm running. It is Order # 966575. It does NOT show up in my order history, for some reason.

Is it in the queue? Has it shipped? I ordered it Monday, June 2 ON THE ASSUMPTION that it would arrive by this Friday, June 13. ;-)

Can you assure me it will arrive in time?
