With the change to Wish in Alpha 3, how would this affect Karzougs stats(see Inherent Bonuses, pg. 64)?

He has the same inherent bonus. He doesn't have them casting wishes. He has them, reading magic Tomes (Tome of leadership, Tome of undertanding, etc) from the DMG.

However, since these are based on the wish spell, they are likely to change when they get detailed in Beta.
