I just tried to order the Everquest PHB and the Everquest Adventure on sale on your site.
I am very astonished by the shipping costs proposed in the check out routine: 39.85 USD shipping costs to Europe for two books?!
Please could you check if the size/ weight of the items is correctly stored in your database, i.e. if the shipping costs were calculated correctly?

The pricing is about what I'd expect - *for 6-10 day priority shipping*. I think the question you need answered is why there's no "regular" (9-36 day) shipping available for these items...

Tim is right. This is the shipping and handling fee for USPS Priority Mail.
The reason that USPS Standard Mail is not available for this order is because it weighs too much. USPS Standard Mail is based on shipments using the USPS Bound Printed Matter postal rate. This rate is only applicable for packages that are comprised of at least 50% bound printed matter (i.e. books) and weigh less than four pounds. The Everquest PHB weighs almost 3 1/2 pounds by itself, so that plus the Befallen book (and the Dungeon Promo CD that is in your cart) takes your order over the four pound limit.
Therefore, in this case, you will have a lower total shipping and handling fee if you get the PHB by itself and then get the other items on a separate order.
