Jaden Thorm |

Jaden can hear the battle in the small hut, and knows they must draw the "moveing pot" into the open so they can all attack.
"Raph, draw the it out. Pull to the left of the door"
Moves to he right of the door L16 (15 feet move, ten feet from door)
full defence,
readdy bull charge for when potty leaves door
"Keegan charge the pot when it comes out"

The False DM |

The pot attacks Raphael with it's huge maw. 1d20 2=16 a hit, 1d8 1=2 Damage And hit's the fencer but fails to grab a hold with it's mouth.1d20 2=4 CMB.

Hozs Ferryman |

as above"cough cough ughh."
Hozs swings back at the effigy, stepping a square closer to the hut. ending in K15
initiative 8, staff atk with staff 8, damage 7. (1d20+2, 1d20+2, 1d6+2=[6, 2], [8, 2], [5, 2])"cough ughh cough."

The False DM |

The stick-men outside the hut close in on the party.
The one that slammed Hozs in the groin attempts to do a similar move to Jaden, 1d20 1=19 to hit, 1d4=2 damage, just barely getting its head below Jaden's shield to deliver a sharp rap to his codpiece.(stepped from J17 to K17).
One toward the southeast of the glade charges at Jaden from the other direction (charge from V22 to M17) spinning it's arms wildly as it closes but the weak blows are absorbed by Jadens protective armor. 1d20 1=18 miss, 1d4=1.
Meanwhile the 2 remaining Effigies move forward and attack Effan and Faldor, striking Effan with a mild blow but missing Faldor. 1d20 1=19 hit Effan, 1d4=1 damage to Effan, 1d20 1=9 misses Faldor, 1d4=3
One moved to G13 to attack Effan and the other moved to M12 to attack Faldor.
Initiative----
Effan-25

Jaden-20
Keegan-16
Cauldron-15
Faldor-13
Hozs-8
Effigies-7
Effan, Raph, Jaden and Keegan- you are up!

Effan Effluvium |

away from the frying pan and into the haystack
Breathing hard, Effan halts and looks around. He sees the effigy approaching his fellow gnome. "Faldor, look out!" Unfortunately he does not see the one behind him. He drops to the ground when it strikes him.
0 hp looks like I'm out of this fight.

Keegan Cawley |

Keegan rushes one of the effigies, turning away from the animated cauldron. Black smoke seems to pour from his eyes and mouth, but one can't be sure if it's entirely real. However, in his blood frenzy, his powerful swipe goes a bit wide, and the head of Keegan's morningstar buries itself in the ground.
Attack: 7 + 1 = 8
Feel free to retcon this if I f*!!ed something up.

Jaden Thorm |

attack effagy to right m17
1d20+3-6=10
damage 1d8+2=5
and to left, shield bash l17
1d20+3-10=9
damage 1d4=1
Jaden lets a loud roar and takes a big swing at the moveing bag of sticks on his right, and follows it with and slam of his sheild to the one his left.

Raphael d'Adarrin |

The False DM |

The Cauldron keeps step with Raph, trying to bite him as he backs out the door but failing due to the dexterous moves of the swordsman. the cauldron followed Raph, moving to M14, Raph's old spot, and missed him with it's attack. 1d20 2=9, 1d8 1=4
Faldor and Hozs then the Effigies.
Let's see some good rolling, guys.

Hozs Ferryman |

staff, damage (1d20 2, 1d6 2=[3, 2], [5, 2])
Hozs, still gasping, swings his big stick at the effigy. The sound of the wood moving through the air is quite similar to his gasping.
if this was table top, these dice would be heading for the microwave O:)

Faldor O'Gistoresh |

Ducking just in the nic of time Faldor releases his grip on his lute letting it's harness take it to his back as he draws his rapier.
Continuing singing Faldor stabs at the thing attacking him:
Attack,
1d20+3+1=12
Damage if any,
1d4+3+1=6
Sorry I forgot to add a 1 to my rolls, And anyone in ear shot could have also added 1 to the rolls this round.

The False DM |

Effan sidesteps a lunging slam by the creature before him while Faldor turns his body to make his profile slimmer to avoid a strike by the Effigy attacking him. Jaden deflects another head-butt by the stick figure attacking him with his darkwood shield. 1d20 1=6, 1d20 1=5, 1d20 1=15
The effigy attacking Hozs seems to think that the staff he is wielding is an extension of the man and can't seem to get his attack timed right.
1d20 1=4
At least they seem to be inheriting you guys' bad luck!
Effan, Raph, Jaden and Keegan- you are up!

The False DM |

Effan is in H13 with an Effigy attacking him in F12, Faldor is in L13 with an Effigy attacking him in M12, Raph is in L14 with a pissed-off pot attacking him from M14, Hozs is in K16 being attacked by an effigy in K17, Jaden stands in L16 shoulder to shoulder with Hozs and is being attacked by an Effigy in M17.

Alright I am lost here. What are the 2 attack rolls for and why do they have crit confirmation rolls with them? Axes crit on a nat 20 for X3, and I thought you only had 1 attack per round. I need clarification here.

The False DM |

so i can not attack twice when i burn my move action,
the rolls were not natural, so no crit, my bad thanks
M 17 will take the hit then.
Ok, cool. I thought I missed something in Pathfinder rules....Save the second roll for your next attack, it will hit.
Keegan scrambles around trying to aid Faldor in his combat with an effigy but swings wide. Jaden swings powerfully at one of the stickman, who goes down in a shower of splintering wood and doesn't rise again. The effigy in M17 is destroyed. Jaden and Hozs are still in melee with one in K17. Meanwhile Effan, realizing his peril, beats a careful retreat from the Twiggy Menace before him.Raph is up!
Then the ponderous pottery.

Raphael d'Adarrin |

Raph makes a dive away from the hut. "This thing is too sturdy for my poor sword! Make quick with your axe!" He then jabs at the effigy that Hozs and Jaden are fighting.
Raph tumbles, moving to J-16. He then attacks the effigy in K-17.
Acrobatics/attack/damage (1d20 8=11, 1d20-1=8, 1d6-1=1)
Failed the acrobatics check, so the pot gets an attack of opportunity.

Jaden Thorm |

boss, i got a question for ya,
how much would that pot weigh, and how much for a roll to dump it on it's face ( mouth/opening ) it is only moveing on them litttle legs and shoveing it's face in the dirt will keep it from biteing
just an idea, might just beat the thing untill it stops moveing too

The False DM |

Raph makes an odd tumbling dodge that nearly gets himself bitten by the cauldron but manages to escape unharmed although his follow-up rapier thrust on an effigy is off and doesn't harm the stickman.
The Cauldron is a stone cauldron, mouth opening is roughly 5' across, and it has metal feet. I would say it weighs around 450lbs, judging by the various similarly sized garden ornaments I see. It may be pretty tough to topple, but you can give it a try. If you pin it in a grapple and succeed at a strength check DC15 you can do it.

The False DM |

The cauldron steps outside of the hut and sees Faldor beside the doorway.....CHOMP!! 1d20 2=17 attack, 1d8 1=3 damage, CMB vs DC14 to grab Faldor in it's mouth 1d20 2=21 Faldor is grabbed! Faldor feels the Cauldron trying to gain purchase in an attempt to swallow him in a moment.
Faldor can attempt to escape with a CMB roll or an escape artist roll.
DC for either is 17.
Faldor, Hozs and then the effigies.

Faldor O'Gistoresh |

Eyes wide Faldor begins to panic as the giant thing swallows him up.
Escape artist:
1d20+3= 16

Hozs Ferryman |

Raph thinks like a wolf pack?...? Oh I get it."Fight with wolf pack rules!"
Hozs steps to the side grinning like he has some great secret. Hoping to trap the effigy between him and Jaden, he swings with his staff once more.
5' to j17, attack/dmg (1d20+2=14 [12,2] 1d6+2=5 [3, 2])

The False DM |

Hoping to trap the effigy between him and Jaden, he swings with his staff once more.
5' to j17, attack/dmg (1d20+2=14 [12,2] 1d6+2=5 [3, 2])
Amended your move to I17, Effigy is in J17.
Hozs swings and connects with the effigy, several of the things branches cracking and snapping under the heavy impact, but the creature still stands and fights on.
The False DM |

An effigy charges forward towards the closest grove invader and attacks, move to I15 1d20 3=18 to hit , 1d4=4 damage to Raphael.
The one standing between the hut and Keegan attempts to slam a spindly arm into him, 1d20 1=13, 1d4=4, but fails to connect on the extremely mobile scout.
The final effigy attempts a wild swing at Jaden, 1d20 1=18, 1d4=4 but it's blow is turned aside by the armored fighter.
Effan, Raph, Jaden and Keegan- you are up! Then the Cauldron shall feed.

Raphael d'Adarrin |

Raph gasps in pain. "Gah... Hells consume you!" He tumbles to the other side of Hozs's effigy and jabs at it again.
Tumble to K17 (must make 2 acrobatics checks at 15 and 17 due to two threatening opponents), attack one in J17 with flanking bonus
Acrobatics 1/Acrobatics 2/Atk/Dam (1d20+8=13, 1d20+8=19, 1d20+1=20, 1d6-1=2)
Uh oh... first one gets an attack of opportunity >_<
EDIT: Oh, add +1 to my attack and damage from Faldor's song, assuming I hit (and assuming I didn't die from the attack of opportunity

Keegan Cawley |

Keegan, now a shrieking blur of black smoke and reeking brimstone, makes a frighteningly sharp turn, digging his morningstar out of the dirt, and heading once more for the animate cauldron. Taking a flying leap, he swings the heavy, iron-headed bludgeon directly down, slamming into the ambulatory pot like a rail-splitter's maul.
"KREEGAH BUNDOLO, MOTHERF~@&ER!"
Attack (skirmish): 19 + 1 = 20; damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1 = 12

Raph spins away but not quick enough to avoid the savage attack of the Effigy, 1d20 3=23 crit, 1d4=2X2= 4 damage.
Raph moves to K18 to flank the effigy in K17, he then does a thrust with a twist of the blade that snaps the creature apart. It does not rise.

Raphael lets out a ragged yelp, topples to the ground, and lies still.
I'm unconscious and bleeding.
Raph passes out after destroying the effigy in K17, through a supreme act of will.
1d20 1=4, 1d4=2The Effigy by Keegan tries to land a blow as the Darkwind blows away to attack the Stone Cauldron. Keegan lands a mighty blow on the cauldron and, although it doesn't seem to do as much damage as a blow of that power should, it is solid enough to chip the stone lip and produce a thick crack down the side of the pot. The pot seems taken aback for a second before resuming the attack. I placed Keegan in K13.
Almost simultaneously Jaden charges the overgrown crockpot, landing a vicious strike that does a disappointing amount of damage to the stone, leaving a scratch and a medium-sized nick in the pot's rim.

Hozs Ferryman |

...
one standard action. When does Hozs' healing kick in? I just hope Effan can finish this before he or the effigies knock him out.
Did H (and Faldor) get skipped? Isn't Effen at the top of the ini? Spontaneous rejuvination starts on my action and will give fast healing 1 for three rounds. Sacrifice speak with animals this round or next.
Hozs focuses his Ki sending his energy in the form of the now familiar hare to his friends. Light even bursts out of the cauldron's lip in rays of sparkling energy as it aids Faldor in the devil's stone belly.uhmm... the stories got it wrong. It is the oven that little kids are put into not the pot!

Hozs had an attack last round, his turn is coming up after the cauldron goes. Faldor tried to escape from the Cauldron's maw last round, he also goes again after the cauldron. We are finishing up the top 4's actions before the Cauldron eats Faldor. I'll repost initiative to help unconfuseate us.
