at a quick glance, why not take the Martial Artist monk or unarmed fighter, or even Brutal Pugilist?

Just curious.

Doesn't look bad, but also looks kinda too much in a particular niche to have much variety

I wanted a class that represented an unarmed warrior that wasnt the monk, that did things other warriors didnt do. I also feel this class goes further than other warrior classes in the Unarmed concept.

I am no where near done with the Brute Strength list, what is on there are abilities that I would choose but I am working on more for different tasts of characters.

Thanks for putting in that link, I seem to be a barbarian when it comes to computers, I can never figure out what I am doing.

I did not like the idea that if you wanted to play an unarmed warrior you had to choose between the monk and a subpar build with one of the other classes.

I am also look for some new ideas for some of the Brute Strength ability. so if you have any let me know

tenacity was a 3.5 feat that has gotten a lot better in PF, so as your brute strength abilities are comparable to feats, it should add like +1hp per lvl.
those +2 to two skills is nice but not really what I look for in a fighter full Bab type.

Adding your unarmed strike to those weapons is way too powerful in my opinion, not even the monk got a weapon whose damage he could replace with his unarmed strike. I can understand giving out such an ability at first level but it will be abused in multiclassing.

Brute Strength:
Improved Sunder unarmed without penalty.

I like that 50% damage ability, if you want him to be different than other classes, perhaps make him have a low AC and way more hp than your usual fighter. Advanced healing over night if drunk.

Edit: catch off guard ... 1 Brawler 19 Rogue multiclass and you're done.
no offense, but there are a lot of things very easy to abuse, the class might be fine if the player vows to not optimize it and play it as it was meant.

I personally dont feel there is much to abuse in this class than in any other class.

I created Tenacity because i liked the idea of the old Toughness feat. with this you can take it as many times as you want and it would stack with the toughness feat. i like the bonus from toughness but i dont like the fact that they took a feat you can take as many times as you want and turned it into a feat that just scales with you as you level so i wanted to throw in the option.

I gave this class the option to add their unarmed damage when using the select weapons or improvised weapons because the base unarmed damage scales very slowly, and i wanted to give this class a very different feel than the monk. i do not feel it is overpowered. i do ecept that it is powerful but i dont think it is overpowered. but thank you very much for your opinion. it is appreciated.

The thing I really need help with is ideas for more Brute Strength abilities.
