|All DMs are evil|
I love Rise of the Runelords.
I'm having so much fun!
That is all.
Totally agree, I have posted several annoyances I have had with the modules, but given the massive size of this campaign, those problems are relatively few and far between. The story is great, the encounters are interesting, and my group is having a hoot. Great job Paizo. This is about a thousand times better than Shackled City, or anything I could cook up myself.
You got that right!
How they manage to create something that is at once definetly D&D and something new and refreshing. They create situations where you love to be the DM - not only because they know how to make players creep out, but because a DM gets so many secrets out of the deal.
A nice encouragement for everyone who's not so fond of running a game but loves stories!
For everyone out there who's not sure whether he should try being DM: Get Rise of the Runelords and go for it! A lot of the work is already done for you, you'll get to tell an awesome story, and get to freak out your players!
