I just got back from checking the mail and still no sign of this order. It supposedly shipped on 12-11. By my count that's 21 business days (27 days - 2 holidays - 4 sundays). I e-mailed you last week about this but never got a response. What do I need to do get my Pathfinder 4 and Gamemastery module?

Actually, today would be the 15th business day from the date of shipment. While this is over the regular 3-10 business day estimate for USPS Standard Mail, given the holiday rush a delay should be expected. Please let me know if your package still hasn't arrived by the end of this week, and I will get replacements put in with your next subscription shipment.
Thanks,
cos

I can answer that. It's been 27 days, minus 4 days for Sundays is 23 days. Minus another 4 days for Saturdays (they don't count as business days) is 19 days. Minus two days for Christmas (Christmas Eve and Christmas) and two more for New Year's (New Year's Eve and New Year's Day) leaves you with 15 days. Yeah, this time of the year sucks for doing things based on "business days". :(

Except the USPS delivers on Saturdays as well as on Christmas eve (I got my GR sale package on Christmas Eve) and New Year's Eve. They may not be business days for Paizo or most of the working world but they are for the Post Office. If they aren't someone better tell my postal carrier that she's working a hell of a lot of unnecessary overtime :)
Though it doesn't matter now. I got an e-mail from Corey saying that they'd be replaced and sent with my next shipment. Sorry for being b!$%&y but I'm a terribly impatient person. Waiting the week it normally takes to get a shipment from you is bad enough but a month (or now a month and a half or two) is torture.

postal carriers work on Saturdays, and any packages that they get in Fri are delivered sat, but the processing plants that sort the packages to get to their destination are not open on Saturdays - thus they (USPS)do not count saturday's in their shipping estimates. This is how I have seen it described on more than one site, I'm not sure if its the true reason why USPS doesn't include Saturdays in their estimate, but it is the widely recognized reason online.
