That said, definately read the books. They're different from the series, but I'd say better. (Though Hrothbert of Bainbridge is um, heads above Bob the spirit, I 'hear' Terrance Mann's voice when I read the books now.)
Then go buy McWoD and you can do a Dresdenesque Campaign.
