I was wondering, Paizo, if a website like, for instance, Lilith's DMTools site(I haven't asked her, but her site is the best example I could think of as it also hosts the chats), would be allowed to have all the RPG Superstar's Wondrous Items compiled and available as a resource for other gamers.
I ask because I would love to be able to access this list at later dates and I assume that Paizo is gonna remove them from the site eventually.

I've been compiling all of the items folks have posted up (those that made it and those that didn't), along with creator's credits, for use in my own games with my own group. Only, and ONLY, if the Paizo folks and the creators OK it, I'll share the completed file.
I'd have no problem including my item, though i haven't posted it to the boards yet (just in case they get picked up as an alternate). I have no idea if posting it would cause any problems or disqualify me or anything, but i figured I'd be cautious.
In any case, Allen, just e-mail me and i will send you my item.

BTW, the file is currently at 159 items, and 38 pages. And that's 10 point, two-columned pages. The only editing so far has been some layout issues; I haven't tackled spelling/grammar or mechanical/rules issues yet. :)
EDIT: That's also 26,882 words at an average of 169 words per item (give or take a few).

Please dont make someone official come in here and say what you KNOW has to be said: "no you cant post that stuff on the net and no you dont have the power to compile and distribute it."
Please. This is a no-brainer.
You absolutely know they wont permit you to post it privately or distribute it privately. Because if you are distributing it, then it isnt for YOUR home game use, now is it?
If you want, I will come in here and say it officially, if that will make it more clear than it already is.
Please stop doing what you are doing and dont distribute the stuff. Send interested people here to this web site itself. That is one of the many goals of this whole project.

True that; and the file I'm compiling is meant only for myself and my game group. It started just out of curiosity. I offered to share in an unofficial, kind of "e-mail me and I'll send it to you" fashion; I have absolutely NO intention of posting it up on any kind of public site, in whole or in part. I don't need to get sued over curiosity! ;)
You cant distribute it in any way. You just cant. It is clear as day. I know you meant no harm and were just trying to be cool. I get that. But you cant distribute it.
There is no such thing as "just sharing an email in an unofficial way."
Please, lets not have this go any further. I know you didnt mean anything bad. But Paizo just cant get in the practice of that.
Feel free to compile for yourself. You just cant share.
You seem like a cool person. And we gamers and designers really of rely on a code of ethics about stuff like this. I hope you choose to follow that by not distributing the content.
I know there will always be some who waive the "hey, its the net, content should be free, ha ha, viva la revolucion!" flag. And I appreciate that position. But please support Paizo and these boards by sending people here.

Hmm. Interesting. But maybe if I collected them all and bound them in a hardcover book and sold them on my website I'd be ok?

Just to clarify: I had no intention of distributing or encouraging distribution of said materials. I only asked a question and was awaiting an official answer. This thread was not an attempt by me to have other boardmembers get together and circulate material, I was wanting an official answer from Paizo as to the legality before anything was done.
