Pathfinder #3 not yet received.


Customer Service


Just wanted to drop a quick line to the fine folks in customer service to have them check on my shipment for the third issue.

"A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #826794 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Monday, November 5 via Pathfinder Standard Shipping, estimated 3 to 10 business days in transit."

It has not yet turned up. Please let me know if you determine what happened.

Your Pathfinder #3 did ship out on November 5 via USPS Standard Shipping, which has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 10 business days. Today marks the twelfth business day since shipment, so your order is definitely running late at this point, but we're still a little early to give up on it altogether. Given the holiday season, please give it a bit more time to arrive and let me know if it hasn't shown up by the end of next week. If it still hasn't arrived by that time I will set you up with a replacement.
