I had the same issue. I ended up doing ...
Something .... like ...... this
Which ............ looks .... terrible
But ................ it's ........ effective
... at getting the basic form across. I can only hope they don't count off for style you're barred from using.
Well, thanks for the swift replies, folks! I'll play with the BBC tags, and failing any luck with that I'll just improvise something similar to what you did, CNB.
