Hey, I know of at least one prestige class that allows a caster to deliver touch spells through their weapon. Is there any feat that can allow a caster to do this? If so, please let me know the sourcebook as well. Thanks!
Smiting Spell PH2 page 92. You can channel the energy of a touch spell into a weapon, causing the spell to discharge when you strike an opponent.
I checked your profile and noticed you live in Arkansas. I'm in Fort Smith.

Smiting spell is metamagic +1, allows you to imbue weapons and ammo, and from the PHB2

Daggerspell Mage from either Complete Arcane or Complete Mage, can't remember which one.

Daggerspell Mage-daggers,arcane (complete adventurer)
Daggerspell Shaper-daggers,divine (complete adventurer)
Duskblade-any,arcane (Players Handbook 2)
Enlightened Fist-unarmed,arcane (Complete Arcane)
War Wizard of Cormyr-any,arcane (Magic of Faerun)
Eldritch Theurge-any,arcane&eldritch blast must use hideous blow(Complete Arcane) or Eldritch Glaive (Dragon Magic)
I can't remember if Spellsword allows it as well without the book in front of me, but all of the other classes allow for casting a spell not only through a weapon, but as part of a full attack as well! Thus, with quicken you suddenly can cast two spells plus a full attack. This makes the Daggerspell Mage and Shaper especially dangerous due to their continued sneak attack. The same goes for the Eldritch Theurges Spellblast ability that lets the spell go off in conjunction with an Eldritch Blast and hence the ability to use it with a weapon as well, just watch the d6's pile up! I think that the miniatures book also has a class that allows it, the chaos mage or something like that. The duskblade is scary as well, since it allows the spell to affect every target you attack one time. Thus, with a reach weapon, such as a spiked chain, and an enlarge spell, you can suddenly hit everyone within 15 feet of you with your touch spell as well as your weapon damage. The duskblade and enlightened fist are limited to touch spells, however the enlightened fist gets an ability to hold rays as touch spells later in the class. The Daggerspell classes, the war wizard, and the eldritch theurge are not limited to the types of spells they can cast as part of the attack if I remember correctly.
