Hi Jester King,

I took a look through the return stack, and did find your return. However, it appears that the cellophane over the pad has been ripped open, and the board itself bent. This is not considered 'salable condition'.

While it is not our normal policy to offer returns for items returned in less than salable condition, we have added the proper amount of store credit to your account per your request Here


Thank you for the credit. While I did open the item (and thus removed the cellophane wrapper), it was never used and replaced in its container within minutes of opening. I carefully returned it to its enveloped and forwarded it to USPS. I am sorry it returned bent, but it did not leave my location in that condition.
