I just got Dungeon 148 (my FLGS hat some problem getting the issue) and noticed in Prison Mail that there were plans of releasing a compiled Campaign Workbook. Is there still a chance we will see such a compilation?
I really would appreciate having the complete CWB in one place :).
Also are there any plans in realising a Monster Ecologies II? The first volume is great, but I was a little disappointed that you only had space to fit in 18 Monsters.

There actually aren't plans on releasing a compiled Campaign Workbook right now, but it's certainly still a possibility. We'd need to either work it out as a separate license with Wizards of the Coast, or they'd have to decided to do one on their own.
But as of right now, there's nothing like this on Paizo's schedule. Although Dungeon #150 does include a complete index of all the Campaign Workbooks we've done.
Well at least it will be nice to have a complete index :). Hopefully someday you will be able to publish a compilation.
