On that, I find pacing is important. I've been quite conscious to keep up the pace on my pbp, and it seems to be going OK. I really enjoyed reading the pbp you were running - inspired me to do mine.
First of all--thanks! Glad you were enjoying reading along. I have been gifted with some awesome characters to work with and love a good story. I tend to think that regardless of pacing or all other concerns that games have a life cycle. Some last months, some last weeks. I don't really care, so long as everyone has a good time--and really I think a game should last for precisely so long as it has gas in its tank. I love good stories, but when the people who are telling them are done I think letting them go is a good thing too.

Is it just me or do the boards seem a little empty as of late? Where is everybody?!
Getting back to the original question, the boards are actually seeing much more posting activity than just a couple of months ago.
It might just *seem* slow because the magazine announcement saw us go from an average of 500 posts per day up to about 1550 posts in a day, and it took a little while to come back down to a solid baseline. But that new baseline is higher than it was before the announcement—we averaged about 400 posts per day in February, and we've been closer to 600 posts per day for the past couple of weeks.

I'm here when I can be, though.
Next time I'm in the job market, Paizo access will have to factor into my search.

It might be because of jackasses like me spamming their Play-by-Post games every twenty minutes...

Dirk Gently is in France.
I'm back now. Those of you who would care already know this, but I felt the need to assert myself.
Orlando is a freaky place, man.
Try Eurodisney. I began to resent my one-year-old cousin for being the reason we were there when I heard the "welcome to disney land from a train" song in french. Actually, I'm glad it was in french. If I could have understood it, I would have torn my ears off.

You poor, poor soul.
