Near the end of the path, the PCs could use some powerful allies.
I want to use the Eberron campaign a little more fully and therefore I would like some advice on how organizations good and bad would react to the savage tide threat.
Here are some of the ideas that I have had so far but I would love to hear other people's ideas.
Church of the Silver flame
I am sure that given the LG nature of the Church, they would try to help but what would be required for the PCs to prove it? This would probably occur near the end of the path?
Blood of Vol
I am sure that the Lich Queen would feel threatened by this and would offer some kind of support no? Surely with divination magics of her magnitude she can sense something is going on and would send someone to inquire? Who would then perhaps help the PCs?
Any way you think she could profit from this?
The Dragonmarked houses
Perhaps the Isle of Dread has hoards of Dragonshards and one of the houses could finance the journey?
The Chamber
Surely the Dragons would want to be involved as much as the Church of the Silver flame since this is an eternal enemy of theirs? What could they do?
Morgrave University / Wayfinder foundation
Perhaps Lavinia's parents had powerful friends here?
Dreaming dark
No idea but I would be interested in what they think of this...
I doubt the Royal families, or the Aurum would involve themselves. They probably wouldn't believe the threat until it was too late.
The Lord of Blades might even see this as a benefit if it helps him destroy humanoids quicker.

Lords of Dust, the Savage Tide could be a condition for one or more of them to escape Khyber. Some might help as preventing it aids them or hinders their rivals.
Inspired reaction is probably similar to the Lord of Blades, as the Savage Tide is certainly nightmarish enough, they might start spreading the news to get the nations in more of a panic quicker to help them keep Dal Quor dark and dreary
The Draconic prophecies will either promote dragons to help or hinder depending on which way they want the prophecy to be interpreted. It seems that the Strongest get to enforce more of their interpretations on the weaker (relatively of course) so you could end up with one faction trying to destroy the others with the lovely weapon the tide represents.
