From Sparks' 80s New Wave period.

If I remember correctly, the singer and the keyboard player (the only two consistent members of the band) are brothers, and their schtick is that the singer does all sorts of wild dance moves while the keyboardist stands perfectly still and glares out at the audience over his ridiculous mustache.
