No additions, just a comment on two templates I have experienced...half-satyr was a bit weak for +1 and half-minotaur is overpowered for +1.

Moff's is quite nice, it's just that I'm making a list that Crystal Keep and them haven't done. I looked at Moff's, and it showed CR and all that, but for some DMs and Players (for instance, a game I may end up joining), finding a template is hard when you don't know what kind your going for at first, and don't want to get too big of one.
My list is Numerical, from low LA to high LA. That way if your doing what this DM might do; Give everyone a +1 LA template, possibly +2 depending on his idea for the game, to make the players unique (and tailor encounters to possible abilities since we have to pre-approve), finding a +1 template when you have to sort through everything just to find it isn't fun. So I'm making a list that has them all listed out and the book they're in so people can find them.
I do agree Moff's is good for listing all the creatures and such, but it doesn't have exactly what I was looking for.
What are you looking for? Since it is set up with filter, you can go to the template column and select only "X" and then sort the CR column, or choose "+1" or "+2". This is what I am showing for --

This took me way longer to paste it into this text editor than it took to find them. Many of these are probably not terribly useful for player characters, but it is fairly complete.
My lists are done with filters to make filtering and sorting rather simple. In addition, I have types, subtypes, environments, CR, and even movement types listed in the list. I am not sure that I understand what you are looking for.

It appears as though kiteko is looking for a table based on level adjustment, rather than challenge rating, as your table is. He specifically spoke of using his collection for the purpose of creating characters rather than a DM making monsters. Though challenge rating is usually roughly half a template's level adjustment, this is not always the case, making a table sortable by level adjustment useful in terms of players seeking templates to add to their characters.

I can see that. I may try and add that aspect if I can find the time. I think that I chose not to include that because a lot of the 3.0 books don't have that information at all.
Ha, it's funky seeing the Hiveblood Template on the list. I made up that one (puffs chest out briefly but then looks embarrassed).
Anyone interested in templates should check out Advanced Bestiary by Paizo's own Matthew Sernett. Its a standard hardbound book with over a hundred templates up to CR +6. It is probably one of the best books on the topic and great if you want to turn virtually any of the undead in the MM into a templated creature (sort of like Savage Species, but it does it better).
