Paizo Publishing Announces Monty Python's Spamalot Grail Giveaway

Find Twelve Hidden Grails, Win Fabulous Prizes!

Paizo Publishing has partnered with the smash hit Broadway musical Monty Python's Spamalot to give away Python-themed prize packs to readers of Dragon, Dungeon, and customers of Paizo Publishing's e-commerce site, paizo.com. Prizes include Monty Python DVDs, CDs, t-shirts, empty halves of coconuts, and a variety of Spamalot gift items sold at the show on Broadway. Prize packs will be given at random to fifty of the entrants.

Twelve grails have been hidden in three locations: five grails in April Dungeon (#145), five grails in April Dragon (#354), and two grails on paizo.com. Examples of what the grail looks like can be found on page 10 in Dungeon #145, page 11 in Dragon #354 and online at paizo.com/grailgiveaway. Please note that the grails listed in those locations are not hidden, and will not count as one of the twelve locations.

Legibly note the locations of all twelve grails in either an email or postcard. Emailed entries should be sent to contest@paizo.com with the subject line "Grail Giveaway" and postcards should be mailed to Grail Giveaway, 2700 Richards Road Suite 201, Bellevue, WA 98005. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited. All entries must be received by April 30, 2007.

I've found three in Dungeon, one here on the website, and my Dragon should be arriving in the mail today. The hunt is on!

Scarab Sages

I found 5 in Dungeon, and 4 in Dragon, I think I have the 5th there but I'm not confident in it.

Scarab Sages

I think I've got all 12, here goes nothing, LOL!

One of the grails on paizo.com is much easier to find than the other. However, a clue to finding the second one is contained somewhere in the first one....

Note that the e-mail address is actually "contest@paizo.com" - if you use the plural version, your e-mail will not get through! (This error is repeated on the paizo.com/grailgiveaway page and on the news item announcing it.)

Fixed now. Thanks for the heads-up.

Woot that helped! Now if I can only find the other printed grails...

I've found the two online, the 5 in Dragon, and 4 for sure in Dungeon. I think I have the last one, but even under a magnifying glass I'm not totally sure. I'm not seeing it anywhere else, so it must be it...

Doh!

I just found the second grail. I had found the first one weeks ago and I just figured out the clue to the second grail. I feel like an idiot.

Good! I'm worried not enough people will get that second clue. You know, about grails being in CAMPSITES. :-)
