Missing Dungeon 141 and 142!

I am actually missing issues 141 AND 142. The last issue I received was 140 (w/ the Bullywug Gambit adventure). I actually had to request that issue 140 be sent as a replacement because it never arrived. Can someone please look into this? My subscription is not supposed to run out until issue 145. I recently moved, but my Profile has been properly updated for nearly 2 months now. Help!
