When I used a damp cloth to wipe away the wet erase markers from the magnet, some of the ink seeped between the magnet and the label surface affixed to them. This caused some serious bleeding, and it also for the label to peel away from the magnet itself. I really love the combat pad, but would like to get some more magnets for it. Looks like you also sent email about this, so we'll take care of it there.
renee rameshwar wrote: i put in a dragon subscription back in december. I have yet to receive a single issue. I checked the address in my account and it is all correct. I don't know whether it just took a long time to process or if I've missed issues. Can you help me? What is the first issue I should have gotten? I've sent you email about your subscription.
Where's the Mountain Dew? wrote: Thanks! The email answers my Dragon Issue #352 problem...but what about the others? Have they been sent...is it normal for it to take this long? I've never really noticed the gap between when it was shipped and when it arrives. Should I be worried about the other issues? I'm still missing Dragon 353 but I somehow got two issues of 351. I'm also missing Dungeon 143, 144, and if it's been shipped 145. I've sent you email about your subscriptions.
Formichi wrote: Do I have to post on the boards about the missing issues? I have e-mailed about them, but wasn't sure if the e-mail gets junked without a post first. Just in case, I'm missing from my subscription: Dungeon issue 144, and from a seperate order #703416 Dragon #346 Customer service email is never junked. The best way to report a missing issue or order is with just an email and, in fact, it's better not to do a post *and* an email as with multiple people handling customer service, that makes it easy for things to get confused.
Andrew Turner wrote: I blame the USPS, not Paizo...MEDIA MAIL IS THE WORST; Just to clarify: Dragon and Dungeon are shipped via Periodical Class rather than Media Mail. Issues should reach US addresses within two weeks of the ship date and Canadian addresses within three. Pleae let us know if they do not.
Great Green God wrote: It can take anywhere from one to three weeks (in my case anyway) to get your magazine depending on how slowly your local post office moves media-posted mail. Local post offices have a great deal of discretion in how quickly they process Dungeon and Dragon so I would give it a day or two more. The process gets even slower during peak mail seasons. I'm dying to get mine too if only to see how "Exag" and "Vile Addiction" turned out. Quite true, with the minor clarification that the issues are sent Periocial Class rather than Media Mail.
TPK Jay wrote: I haven't recieved my copy either... several months ago one of my issues was returned from the post office as "no such address" (funny, my bills always manage to get here) and my subscription was suspended... hopefully this hasn't happened again. A replacement copy will be sent this week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kaosluke wrote: ok so i also seem to receive the replacement issues with no problem, it is just the regular issues that don't come. Is there a way you can just send the regular issues the same way you ship the replacements? Unfortunately, no. All subscriber issues are shipped directly from the printer using an automated system, so we don't have the option of varying the shipping method. Even if we could, doing so would raise the price of a subscription considerably (Periodical Class is much cheaper than Priority or Air Mail).
Fred Dilley wrote: I have also not yet received 353. Is there a more appropriate way to report this? The best way to report a missing issue is to send an email to customer.service@paizo.com (the way the messageboards work, it's easy to accidently skip a post; email doesn't have this problem). A replacement copy will be sent this week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
blope wrote: what is the price difference between month -to month and regular subscriptions? For a one-year regular subscription to a US address, each issue is about $3.25. ($38.95 / 12 = $3.25)For a month-to-month subscription to a US address, each issue is about $5.20.

A replacement copy will be sent this week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kamelion wrote: March 20th?? Isn't that more than just a little overdue? Though most issues arrive more quickly, it can take up to six weeks for issues to reach addresses in Europe. kamelion wrote: I emailed customer service as well but have yet to hear back from them. They've always been very good in the past, though. We apologzie for the delay in email replies. We're short a CS rep at the moment and the office has been hit by near-constant cycle of cold bugs and inclement weather this winter, so we're a bit behind. We will get to everybody, though.

I've failed to receive 2 issues so far (starting the subscription in October 2006) but thankfully I have received the replacements that were sent. WOndering if it's going to happen again though... still haven't gotten Jan 2007's issue. I've sent you email about your subscription.
ikki wrote: ie #145 has been shipped, so if i order now the first one ill get is #146, right? If you subscribe before March 6, your subscription will start with Dungeon 146. ikki wrote: ..along with a #139 that never made it to the gaming shop, the reason im considering the order .. damn, hate missing crucial issues! Kaosluke wrote: i have the exact same problem, not sure if it is cause i am in Canada and i have been hearing that others from Canada have problems receiving their issues. i have not received issues 352 or 353, which were to be my first two, neither have i received the replacement issue for 352 that was supposed to be sent around the time issue 353 was? any idea why this is happening, the shipping address is correct. if you are unable to resolve this may i receive a refund cause it is easier for me to head 6 blocks over to 7/11 to get a copy. I've sent you email about your subscription.

Luc Duchesne wrote: but I can live trought. the most bizard thing is, the magazine is probably print here in Qc province, ship to the US, and then ship to canandian subscriber. Heh, that would be crazy. However, Dungeon and Dragon are actually printed in and shipped from the US (you can see a tiny little "Printed in the US" at the bottom of the credits block by the Table of Contents). In fact, the magazines are shipped directly from the printer, because they've got these cool machines that automate the labeling and sorting.

Just to let folks know, there are lots of times in threads like these where I'm not certain if people are requesting replacement issues. If you're concerned about or have given up on a specific issue, please drop us an email at customer.service@paizo.com so we can look into it and get replacements mailed. Thanks!
guslandt wrote: My copy of Dungeon #144 never showed up. I waited 2 weeks from the ship date and requested a replacement, which arrived within a week (YAY!). Now I see Dragon #353 says it shipped just about 2 weeks ago, and I've seen no sign of it yet. This is a very depressing trend... The two-week delivery period for US addresses ended today (Feb 20), though the postal holiday on Monday (Feb 19) may add a day or two for addresses that tend towards the later part of that range.
