I just need to know some good examples of Extraplanar creatures my NPC cleric can call via Pelor's favor. (Fire Elemental for one, right?)
Peloran clerics calling Fire Elementals...That seems a bit far-fetched, so I guess that's sarcasm? *ducks*
Anyway, Pelor's domains are (if I recall) Sun, Healing, Good and Protection. I reckon a Peloran could call a Couatl or a Celestial critter, but other than that I'm at a loss.

Sticking with a criteria of a Neutral Good Outsider or Elemental:
Monster Manual:
a "Half-Celestial" creature of up to 6 HD (e.g. an advanced Pegasus)
an Aasimar of up to 6th level
Monster Manual II:
Celestial, Guardinal (Cervidal)
a "Monster of Legend" creature of up to 6 HD (e.g. a Centaur Knight 2... hm.. that's kinda cool...)
From the Book of Exalted Deeds:
Guardials (Equinal or Musteval)
Hollyphants
a "Saint" creature of 6 HD (e.g. an Ogre Mage Monk 1)
Dragon #346 has a Core Beliefs: Pelor article that describes a Planar Ally of Pelor, Noonfeather the Celestial Giant Eagle.
Hope this helps,

Pelor is the god of the sun, and the sun is a giant ball of fire, thus, fire elementals.
