It's no secret that i love Tomb of Horrors. I am also aware of Tomb of Horrors II(Return to the Tomb of Horrors, i believe). I believe there is also a ToH III about to be released or perhaps it has been released. Here are my questions: Where do i find HoRIII and what other modules would you put into the same bag/class/category as ToH? Please, when listing and whenever possible, give me exact names of modules and locations to purchase if other than Paizo. Thanks to you fellow gamers. May we all be transported into our favorite worlds into the bodies of our favorite characters. That's my blessing to you all.

Squidface, Gary Gygax's love of killing characters with nasty traps and really mean NPCs like in ToH is alive and well in the Maure Castle series in Dungeon. Chambers of Antiquities is particularly nasty. Good news! Rob Kuntz plans to write a whole slew of levels for Dungeon ad nauseum. So far, 5 levels are in print and another will be in #139 later this year.
Rappan Athuk: The Dungeon of Graves published by Necromancer games is also very similar in feel to ToH. All kinds of nasty traps and monsters that are there just to kill adventurers. Check the Necromancer Games website for it.
If I think of more, I'll let you know.

WotC put an "updated to 3.5" edition of both Tomb of Horrors and White Plume Mountain on their website awhile back. Both items are still available for download there.
Also, there was recent mention on the same website that Expedition to the Barrier Peaks was about to get the same update treatment. The hints were that this would take place VERY soon, as in some time this month I think (maybe even today).

I just finished running through the updated TOH with my current party (I was a fighter/rogue, only rogue in party) and it was rough. I had to take 20 EVERYWHERE! Got offed by the demilich at the end with the party cleric. LOTS of almost TPK's. It wasn't as bad as the original but a hell of a challenge.

Hey Thoth..
I played Labyrinth of Madness a few years back:
http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=1363
It's second edition and I haven't seen any indication that anyone's taken the time to update it but man, it was pure nastiness. Ugliest dungeon that I've certainly ever played in. In terms of pure offing power this thing is over the top.
Check it out.

I can vouch for the Rappan Athuk module. My group is running (and I do mean Running) through it right now. I has that same nasty dungeon crawl goodness that I loved in first edition.

If you have access to old issues of Dungeon Magazine, Tomb of the Mud Sorcerers is another great one. I don't remember off hand what issue it was in, and i don't have access to my old ones right at the moment.
The Mud Sorcerer's Tomb was in Dungeon #37. I'm gonna give my players some torturing in a few levels.

I second The Mud Sorcerer's Tomb (#37) and add my own Training Ground (#67). :)
You might also want to check out Gary Gygax's Necropolis (originally published for the Mythus system but a 3.0 translation is available via Troll Lord Games) -- if that isn't a killer dungeon I don't know what is.
Finally, Dungeon Crawl Classics #25: The Dread Crypt of Srihoz and Dungeon Crawl Classics #13: Crypt of the Devil Lich from Goodman Games/Paizo are also very much in the Tomb of Horrors vein.

I seem to remember a particularily nasty dungeon in L5R called The Tomb of Iuchiban. As legend has it, when this adventure was released by AEG at Gencon (I belive it was Gencon) they ran it for anyone interested. You could bring any character you wanted, and most people brought rank 5 (the L5R equivalent of lvl 20). The only catch was that if you died in their module, you had to turn over your character sheet, which would then be displayed like a trophy. Apparently by the end of the day, their stall was covered top to bottom with character sheets.
I'm not sure if The Tomb of Iuchiban was ever converted to D20 along with the rest of the setting when they made oriental adventures. Even if it wasn't, I'm sure it could be converted farily easily.

Sweet kami! The tomb of the Bloodspeaker himself? Youch. Insta-TPK!
Still, it would make an awesome d20 adventure - I've never seen it in a converted version, though, if I recall, AEG did provide some conversion tips within the Rokugan campaign setting.
