Missing issues

Did not recieve Dragon issues 338, 339.

Did not recieve Dungeon issues 330, 331.

Am I eligible to recieve these issues?

Technically, no. From what I can tell, you missed 338 because we didn't receive your bill payment in time, and the other three were sent to an old address, which was the address you gave us.
However, I'll go ahead and send you replacements with the admonition to get address changes, or any other notices in that vein, to us as soon as possible.
I also wanted to use your case to get the word out to others!
