i remember reading about an optional variant spell named "detect hostility" or "detect intentions" or something like that ... it would basically tell you either the friendly/neutral/hostile npc reaction table info or maybe something about whether they were actively planning to do something hostile towards you. it was supposed to be used in place of spells like detect evil/good/chaos/law ... i've been flipping back through my dragon magazines trying to find the spell description again, but i must be looking in the wrong places. does anyone know which issue this spell was in? which page? i thought it was in the class acts articles, but i'm not seeing it.
