I never received Issue # 339

I'm a subscriber and as of last night have yet to receive issue # 339 of Dragon Magazine. Am I the only one. It's the issue with the planescape cover. It's been available at my local game store for some time now so I'm starting to worry. Who can I contact about this? Should I just go out and buy a copy just in case?

try calling customer service, the number is in each magazine. they have always gotten issues to me when they did not come in the mail

I recently had a streak where two Dragon's and a Dungeon never showed up. I wrote an email to Customer Service asking what was up, and they informed me that the Dragon's had come back undeliverable!! Undeliverable to the PO Box that I have had for about six years and had previously received several years worth of subscriptions! With no prior problems, I must add.

Well, Customer Sevice was fantastic to deal with. They responded within a few hours and sent me replacement copies of all the missing mags. I have since received new issues as before, so I don't know what was up with the USPS.

Paizo's CS has just been fantastic. They really know what the term "service" means.

I ass wel have yet to receive issue 339, if it does not arrive today I will be mailing Customer Service. Since I'm living abroad it usually is a lot slower.

There was some problems with a shipment of magazines overseas in december (take a look at the messageboards under customer service).

I checked the homepage for the european distributer and they are still on issue 338
