Just picked this issue up yesterday and this map is awsome. I can't fathom how Chris West gets such detail and variation in the tree's and such. A lot of the buildings are of unusual architectual design I notice. Interesting to speculate why that is. Maybe this jungle outpost is not one done by the predominate western european like culture of most fantasy worlds. I start to think mosques and such when looking at some of these buildings. If one did the Forgotten Realms; players exploring Chult could stumble upon a small jungle outpost maintained by merchants from Al-Quadim set up to collect Dinosoaur eggs and exotic spices from the west as an alternitive to an outpost maintained by one of the nearby realms as a bit of a plot spin.

I find it odd that the map has no numbered locations like the previous maps of mystery.
Were should tyhe numbered locations be? Beside every building? Thats a lot of numbered locations - just beside some of the interesting looking buildings - but what if some of the square ones are important? Some kind of random mix?
I think they the numbered locations here were skipped because its to hard to decide what might or might not be important from the users perspective.
