I'm not good with the links, so go to the Dungeon home page, scroll down to "news" and click on "Shackled City Player Handouts now online".
I don't know if this has all of them, but Paizo started doing the on-line supplements about half way through the SCAP being published in Dungeon. So, if this doesn't have everything, you can get the others through the on-line supplements. I think it was somewhere around "Demonskar" that the on-line supplements started, don't remember for sure. I DO know that if you hunt around the Shackled City links, you can get a list of the Dungeon Issue numbers that they showed up in, then go to the supplement history and print the ones you need.
In addition to the online supplements that Paizo has provided, there are a ton of user contributed resources for the Shackled City and Age of Worms Adventure Paths at:

Myself and others are painstakingly creating player maps for the adventures on the SCresource site linked above.
So far there are playermaps for the first 4 chapters.I'll be continuing to do them as time permits.
Just check out the area maps section.
