subscription problem - 2 issues of #124

My old subscription was coming to an end so I re-subscribed when I got a letter in the mail from Paizo. I thought that I was just renewing my subscription, but when I received 2 issues of #124 in the mail, I figured something was wrong. I didn’t want a whole new subscription. This is going to short me an issue at the end of my new subscription since it doubled up issue #124. If this make since to anyone here at paizo, could you please look into this for me and see what can be done. Thanks

I've merged your new sub with your old and have attached both to your online account. I also added an extra issue to your sub as compensation for the duplicate issue we sent you.

I have also received a second copy of 124, only I have not tried to re-subscribe (this is only my second issue). I received a brand new one in the mail today, although I received my old one about 2 weeks ago. Does this mean I'm going to be short an issue? I really hope not.

I posted that I was sending you a replacement #124 in this thread when you commented that your subscriber copy hadn't arrived yet. As we continue to say, delivery can take longer than folks want to believe to Canada and here is another example. The extra copy you received did not count as a subscription copy so you still have 9 left (123, 124, and 125 being marked as shipped).

Well, thanks, do I just get to keep my copy of the new one then? I don't know what I would use it for, but I could always send it back if you want.


Nay that's OK, just share it with one of your friends that doesn't subscribe. :)
