Hi folks -
Are the comments on other threads accurate, that it's financially not feasible/likely for Paizo or another party to produce a line of pre-painted Pathfinder minis?

Yes. It has been said repeatedly by the head of the company.
In fact, you started a thread about this on Monday and it was answered by James Jacobs, Lisa Stevens and Ross Byers - three Paizo employees including the CEO!

There have been some really great, really clever store blog entry titles; this one is definitely in my top ten favorites.
Saranrae's eyebrows, I wish I could paint. I think I've related previously on this board how over the years I've made three attempts to learn to paint. The third attempt, I went all out. I got good paint brushes, good paints, and saw what a big difference those made. I went to the make and take Reaper table at Origins. I got a couple of really good books from Games (Friggin') Workshop. Six months of good faith efforts, painting a couple of nights per week, produced a series of, in my opinion, better and better paint jobs.
The coup de grace for this third attempt was a half orc barbarian that I was quite proud of. I showed up for a Living Greyhawk game with it, and everyone laughed. It was as though I was back in junior high having my underwear yanked up over my head.
When I asked the local Warhammer group if I could play with unpainted minis, they looked at me like I'd grown a third eyeball on my forehead.
As opposed to other friends and board frequenters here, I know that some people find it relaxing. I find it very stressful.
Are they any people that paint minis for other people? I would pay...hmm...would 10.00 be fair? Fifteen? for someone to paint a mini.
Do Crystal or Sara Marie paint? Cosmo? The Golem?
