Panoply Savant question

Rules Questions

Does the Panoply Savant alter implements? or would it work fine stacking with an archetype that limits implements?

It doesn't look to me like it alters that feature. Also, the rest of the archetype is quite good about noting "this replaces whatever," so the absence of "this alters implements" language in Panoply Specialization is strong evidence that it doesn't.

It may not alter them, but it certainly restricts them. Even if you don't flat bar archetype stacking on this feature, depending on how the other archetype does alter implements they may not stack.

Does anyone disagree that this doesn't alter implements and feels that it does?

I think that if you chose another archetype that forced you to make specific choices, you would have to select things in a way that preserves all archetypes' restrictions. So, for example, you couldn't choose the warrior panoply with an archetype that forced you to pick necromancy as your first school.

Other than that, I think it's fine. (I haven't delved deeply into the details, though, so don't take this as gospel.)

Yeah that seems to be what the other posters are saying as well.
