Starfinder Society Scenario #3-08: Fleeting Truth: The Darkside Depository

This scenario was pretty good. It is pretty short, and moves very quickly.

Combats were very fun. There was a bit of opportunity for RP and social interactions. I'm knocking it down just one star because of the lack of variety in skill checks. It was mainly engineering and computers checks. That wasn't a problem for our 3x mechanics team, but some of the other characters didn't get to participate near as much.

Overall, good start to the Fleeting Truth story-line, hopefully the next two will be as good.

...Yeah, this is shorter than must scenarios of this tier :D Its pretty awesome action heavy scenario with some moments of levity and roleplaying. I do also like leaving players option of "okay instead of just doing black ops thing of leaving without trace, you can actually stay behind to explain what happened"

But yeah, besides who I like to call "wonder twins" being amusing, I was also really amused by how none of Pyre hellknights resist fire damage :D

As part of trilogy, this mostly introduces Pyre hellknights and what trilogy is about while leaving more juicy foreshadowing to two later ones, but I still consider it great scenario. Not my favorite of the three, but good start to it.

Short for an High level adventure. This is fun.
