Traits - Trait bonus or untyped

Rules Questions

I know there was a thread I read about this.. but I cant find it.

We all know like bonuses dont stack but I remember reading that not all traits give trait bonuses.. and therefore are untyped and do stack. Unless specifically stated as a trait bonus its untyped correct?

Example:
Eastern Mysteries "You may increase the dc of that spell by two" -untyped

Charming "a +1 trait bonus to save dc of any language dependent..."

Most traits provide a trait bonus.

Some do not.

Untyped bonuses stack.

Trait bonuses do not.

If the bonus a trait provides a trait bonus, or other type, it says so.

Otherwise, it is untyped.

It works just like that.

Easy peasy.

Grand Lodge

If a trait states that it gives some other type of bonus, or doesn't state a type, then it's not a trait bonus and stacks with trait bonuses to the same quality.

You should change your name to "easypeasytroll".

His breakdown is spot on.

Yep. BBT nailed it.
