A few quick notes This is a CORE-mode game, not Standard/Classic. It is a Tier 1-2 game, so your character must be 1st or 2nd level to play. If you are playing this with a 2nd level character realize you can only do that once (per mode) for credit.
I am not a pushy GM, but I would like to finish by July 1. I hate botting people. I'll do it at need, but I have enough NPCs to play as it is. I don't put your character in front of the next door they have to kick down, and I certainly don't kick it down for them. That's called: writing a novel. We're here to game. Your character can do as they like (or not) within the game world. You guys are the heroes here, you move the story, I'm just the guide.

All I'm going to say, is that with charisma scores like that it's a good thing we're heading away from civilization, and into a deep, dank, dark dungeon.

A healer, or a bard that can fake it would be a good thing.
Thoughts on a Marching Order anyone?

Still pending a sixth player/healer-type, but the Gameplay thread is open. The general assumption is your characters spent the evening before their confirmation enjoying themselves at their favorite watering hole and before they knew it it was way later than they thought it was. If this doesn't sound like your PC feel free to let us know on the Gameplay thread what they did the night before their confirmation.

Great. One of the two tallest party members stands directly in front of Telos the halfling.
Also, I'm noting a distinct lack of enthusiasm for being the first to get anywhere.

Ironshanks raises his waraxe "I'm the most experienced warrior here, I'll lead you all from the front. Just be sure to help me outta any pits I could end up fallin' in." He bangs on his full plate with his large darkwood shield.
I could build a Core Bard I suppose. I haven't played one yet for PFS. I can get it built right after work in a couple of hours from now if you still want one.

I be a singer o' songs and a right mean archer with me shortbow. If ye ha' the room, I be happy to accompany ye on this assignment. It would be me first as a Pathfinder too."

Yangrit would prefer to take the second place. She definitely wouldn't want to be stuck between a half-orc and an elf. Hmph. Dwarves should stick together.

- scroll of mage armor (CL 6)
- scroll of obscuring mist

I think whoever takes the burning hands wand should ALSO take the Mage Armor scroll since theyre gonna be up front.
The other should take the utility scrolls.
Wanna roll off for them?
Also of note:
I will be attending SeekerPalooza in Asheville this weekend. While the con does have a more 'relaxed' schedule there is a very real chance I won't be able to check in because the venue gets very poor reception and little wifi. P

By the way, is that belly lint or just generic lint?
Well obviously it was found inside a backpack meaning that the lint is probably the sloughed off skin and hair particles of a family of backpack gnomes.

@Tusk: She didn't look nervous, as she was making a conscious effort to hide her fear. Too bad, because that would have been fun to roll play!
Just a quick point, no one is doing anything wrong, no one's mad anything. This isn't even criticism. This is just a point that thought I might share on the topic of roleplaying online. It is hard (often frustrating) to play a character in an text-based online setting who has a lot going on in their heads in a way that allow for interpersonal interaction. I believe it is an important dimension of play and is easier to do in person. You just have more tools (tone of voice, body language, etc...). Without that there are a lot of times that when I play such a character it feels like I am off writing my own little spoiler tag entry for me only because unless there is a nosy telepath in the party, no one is ever going to have an apparent in-game reason to interact with any of that information.
I kinda see the text-based gaming environment a bit like pre-sound cinema. A time when actors had to sort of hyper act in order to get their points across. Look at angry, or sad, or thoughtful characters in movies before and after sound and the pre-sound actors are almost always put a lot more physicality into their acting, their expressions are more extreme, they are pushing the visual component of the media to get their point across. If you ever play such a character in Play-by-Post you might employ similar tactics. For instance, you can accentuate your descriptions of your character's actions using good evocative verbs to get feelings across. For instance instead of moving across the corridor your character might have: walked, trudged, meandered, skipped, stalked, bounced, bounded, streaked, plodded, scuttled, crept, pounded, sulked, waddled, jetted, dashed, flounced, etc.... Basically you are conveying your character thoughts and feelings via specific visible actions and gestures so that other characters will have the chance pick up on them--which let's face it is a rare and wonderful thing within the media we are playing in.
Muttering or otherwise verbalizing some of the internal monologue works too.
That is, if that is what you want them to do.
I have a couple of characters who are very laconic and I find that often I am waiting for the other characters around me to do something so that I can jump in and differentiate myself. The best example of this that I can think of when at this one PFS mission briefing (Nice big office, big wooden table, venture-captain sorta thing) and everyone was going through their get to know you introductions (I am an orphan raised by mutant space worgs on the heavy gravity death-world of Bigness Prime, I was adopted by a traveling ninja master who taught me the secret arts of--excuse me? Yes, I'm still first level. Why do you ask?) and after the second or third such intro my elf stepped forward said her name stepped back and looked to the next person in line.
You always do a great job of giving your characters personality and obviously enjoy it. Man, you come up with some real doosies, like Igor.
With some of my characters its just flows. Tusk is pretty easy to write for, though pretty stereotypical. With others I struggle because I have chosen a more reserved personality and I'm kind of stuck with showing personality by using thought bubbles or describing posture/expressions. Sometimes the personality quirks are subtle, like my first character Marta, who loves using irony and is snarky but not overtly so. The thing is, at least for me, until I really get a feel for a character the writing can be stifled. I'm still struggling with my nagaji Syllyn who does not have much of a personality - just a handful of quirks. And I'm not a great writer. I do get my character's personality across more often than not, but those moments of 'that was cool' with my characters are not all that frequent.
