i am a who was recently charged $100.50 us dollars for seemingly no reason. through tracing the payment, i was able to locate it apparently came from you. however, i could find no decernable reason for the sudden payment. if i could find a clear reason for the for the payment, i would be understanding, but considering i live in new zealand and the payment apparently happened at 11:30pm, WHILE I WAS ASLEEP, as well as the fact no clear indication was given as to why the payment was processed, leaves me concerned about how safe i am utilising your systems to purchase your products. products i enjoy greatly.

This was a partial charge for order 7968878. We don't charge for items until they ship, so you weren't charged at the time you placed the order. When orders ship in multiple packages a charge is made only for the items in that package. When the remainder of the order ships out you will see a charge for that second package, and the 2 will total up to the order grand total.
