When I use wisp ally does that mean everyone who targets or gets targeted by the bad guy gets the benefit of harrying or cover fire? Or does it work just for one teammate just like if you normally did a harrying/cover fire? Also, if only one person benefits, would my mystic be able to get the benefit if I choose myself for the harrying/cover fire?
