Thank you for the links!

I'd run something like an intrigue with some dungeon crawl maybe, something with deeply buried, horrifying secrets, politics, literal and figurative backstabbing, things like that. I'd just need the framework and expand on that, so these links are a great help.

Hey guys. I started a Pathfinder game with three of my friends, and I told them to make level 5 characters. I didn't use any modules or anything, I just thought up a city setting, some NPCs with goals of their own, and let them loose there, but I seem to lack actual plot-writing skills and the dedication to actually flesh out everything in a custom setting. So, I'd like to ask if there's a suitable adventure path or module that can be started at level 5, because I don't want my players to discard their well-made characters.

Just did it in place of Message.

Haha, Nibs and Gumbles will be awesome :D I love quirky characters.

I'm 99% done with my characters, if you guys wanna take a look, check these:

(Summoner)
http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=530343
(Eidolon)

Basically, a rich noble youngster with idealistic ambitions, good-hearted naivity and an "ancestral bodyguard".

Also, Axolmotl, I like those drawings, they're cute :3 Was I the one who you couldn't add? Try now, might've been a setting I f&#$ed up. (skype: QGloaf)

By the way, I added you on Skype, Andy. I'm hidden though, but I'll be online all day.

So does this mean I'd have to be from one of the local families or is it okay if my family is from somewhere else in Varisia/spread out? And yeah, I was planning on taking that trait.

Don't worry, I don't plan on flooding everything with other summoned creatures. It's just him and his Eidolon.

Hmm... I'm thinking about making a summoner from a wealthy family with a bodyguard-like eidolon who seeks fame to be recognized as the worthiest heir from all of his brothers. Or something like that. Is this okay for you guys? Should I make something else?

Aw. Allright then, time to make a character. I wanted to have a ratfolk necromancer or something like that but it looks like I'm gonna have to make a human if I want to be helping as much as it's possible. It's cool though, I already have some quirky character ideas for a seemingly normal human. Although... I like to complement other people's characters with mine so I might wait until two or more characters are posted - by the way, do we get to know each other's characters OOC before we start or not?

I'm from Hungary.

Allright. Mine's QGloaf.

Oh, hey guys. I'm eurotime too (GMT+1), available all day every day except for Sundays. Can I join too? Or would it be too many players? Who should I send my skype and email address to? What are the character creation rules? Are there too many questions?

Anyway, I'm stoked to see an all-European online game, I only found American games so far.

So, who's coming to Monster Hill besides me?

Late afternoon sounds fine to me. Guys?

Aw yes. So... Who would be the GM? Should we Europeans join Monster Master's USA game? I tried to join some American games but the timezone differences made them impossible to do : / though if it's PbP and not realtime then it's manageable.
So. I have some characters I made previously, stats and backstory included. A dwarven soul forger magus (yeah, I know, not really combat-viable), a tiefling bladebound magus, a human invulnerable rager barbarian, a half-elven synthesist summoner/gunslinger, a ratfolk vivisectionist alchemist and a human merciful healer cleric. (Yes, I like archetypes.) Which one should I take? Or should I make an entirely new character?
Oooor you guys might give me a character class and archetype and I'll make a character using that.

Hey there. I'd like to join in too, I'm at GMT+1, available every day from 9 am to midnight or a couple hours later. At last a game near my timezone! Anyway, I like roleplaying rather than rollplaying, but if it's almost only combat that's okay too. I really really want to try out Pathfinder, but hadn't had a suitable opportunity for it up until now. I already made five characters, two for rollplaying, three for roleplaying. My email is qgloafhun@gmail.com, can you please invite me?

Oh, on the topic of roleplaying vs. rollplaying, I have far more experience in the first one. I can roleplay either serious characters, silly ones or one mixing the two. Also, I like to maintain party balance, I'd want to make a character complementing the party members, so if I'm accepted into the game I hope you do not mind if I ask for other character's classes and roles.

Hey everyone. I'd like an answer to this. I made a lvl 3 Dwarven Soul Forger (Magus) with a two-handed weapon (a longhammer). Now, the Spell Combat feat of the Magus says I must have one hand free to be able to cast spells. Also, Spellstrike says I can cast touch spells as part of a melee attack. Does that mean that I have to use Spell Combat first to deliver a touch spell with my longhammer, or not? How does this work?

Will do. Yeah, the rules were a bit confusing and vague at points, but that thread seems to help a lot with them. Also, I've read elsewhere that a Synthesist is mostly good for a melee caster role. What do you think about one being a ranged attacker with support spells? Does multiclassing into Gunslinger severely hinder the capabilities of the character?

Thanks for the fast reply, the answers and the thread. Well... this would be my first Pathfinder character, so... I guess it might be better to switch over to something simpler. I think I can manage it, though, if the DM lets me play this.

Hey everyone.
I'd like to know a few things about being a Synthesist.
I made a character with Synthesist 2 Gunslinger 1 and decided on the Serpentine base form for his Eidolon with one Limbs (hands) evolution to be able to cast spells. Do I have to spend more points on legs or not? I've read that if the Eidolon doesn't have the appropriate limbs then the Synthesist can't move those. Is that right?
By the way, the reason I chose Serpentine base form is so that I get the highest Dex modifier for gunning.
Also, does anyone have any advice on building this further so I can get a magically empowered gunslinger on later levels? We didn't begin play yet.
