Your order has a 6 to 40 business day shipping window so it should have arrived by yesterday. Some international customers have been seeing additional delays on their packages due to COVID-19 precautions taken by postal services. Were you able to receive your package yet?p

Sorry I just realised that I didn't update, but it did actually arrive

Update: Apologies I realised, that that I was thinking that the module came in that order but it was the flip mat instead. So nothing from its order was received yet

After just receiving the airmailed items in order 32478644, it made me realise that I don't have anything form order 30191988 other than the slithering module.

Usually, the subscription items arrive about a month after shipping, so just wanting to confirm that they were in a separate box that is still due to come.
