I agree it is very time-consuming to download each item individually. Even being able to download all the pdfs in one category or AP/series would be nice.

Having to click three times to download a single PDF is terrible usability

Hey customer service team,

After just receiving the airmailed items in order 32478644, it made me realise that I don't have anything form order 30191988 other than the slithering module.

Usually, the subscription items arrive about a month after shipping, so just wanting to confirm that they were in a separate box that is still due to come.
